Parul Soni

Parul Soni has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Parul is the Founder and Secretary General of the Association of Business Women in Commerce and Industry, a virtual global chamber of commerce for women. Parul is also the Global Managing Partner of Thinkthrough Consulting, which offers consulting services. Parul co-founded and served as the Chief Mentor of Sarpanch, and was the Social Protection Component Team Leader at the Asian Development Bank. Parul has also held positions such as Country Director India at WEConnect International, Global Deputy Leader-Not For Profit Organizations and Partner-Development Advisory Services at EY, Associate Director and Practice Head South Asia at KPMG India, Country Representative-India and Nepal at Save the Children, Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Manager at Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Parul has expertise in areas such as women entrepreneurship, CSR initiatives, sustainability, and social development.

Parul Soni completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, from 1993 to 1996. Parul then pursued Economics and Financial Management at the University of Rajasthan, from 1996 to 1998, earning a degree in EAFM.
