Patrick Fluegeman

Patrick Fluegeman is the current COO at ABX Air, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Finance at Southern Air Inc. from January 2012 to December 2016. In this role, they worked on various types of M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, joint ventures, and capital raisings, and across various stages of the M&A transaction lifecycle, starting with target/buyer screening through to the development of management presentations, performing due diligence, and final deal negotiations. Patrick also developed M&A financial models, including discounted cash flow, internal rate of return and accretion/dilution models, to value a client’s business before attempting to sell it or to value a potential target for a client to acquire. Furthermore, they created client targeting pitches which consisted of gathering and analyzing industry data, researching M&A activity in the industry, determining areas where acquisitions may prove beneficial, and identifying potential targets/buyers. Lastly, they provided advisory services to Fortune 500 and middle market clients across a range of industries, including Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare and the Public Sector.

Patrick Fluegeman received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), summa cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Patrick is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, certified by the CFA Institute. Patrick also holds Series 63 and 79 licenses from FINRA, though both are currently inactive.
