Isra Amani is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition with a diverse background in managing recruitment processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of People Function at Abyan Capital since April 2024, Isra previously held consultancy roles at Ascend Consulting and led talent acquisition efforts at DGlobal, focusing on fintech and technical recruitment. Prior experiences include recruitment specialization at Airlift Technologies, where a successful engineering recruitment cycle was managed, and as Human Resources Manager at iTitans, where standardized recruitment processes were designed. Isra also demonstrated leadership as the National Head of HR and Global Partnerships at AIESEC in Pakistan, directing a team to facilitate international volunteer internships.
