Heather Noel-Irving

Vice President Of Customer Success at Abyde

Heather Noel-Irving has over 15 years of experience in customer success, account management, and fleet management. Heather began their career in 2005 as a Management Trainee for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2006, they joined Enterprise Fleet Management as an Account Fleet Coordinator, providing reporting and administrative support to the Account Manager and portfolio of 50 clients. Heather then moved to a Remarketing Account Manager role, managing the pricing and disposal of off-leased vehicles for 200 clients. In 2019, Heather joined Affinitiv Inc. as a Performance Manager, responsible for the marketing strategy and creative output for premier business partners. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Customer Success at Abyde, where they are tasked with continuing to establish Abyde as the preeminent HIPAA compliance solution and foremost industry expert for small and midsized medical practices. Heather is also the Director of Customer Success and an Account Manager for Abyde.

Heather Noel-Irving obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communication, and Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida between 2001 and 2005. In June 2022, they obtained an OSHA Certification from Gamma Compliance Solutions.
