Elysa FOURNIER has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at Groupe Abylsen since July 2018, where responsibilities include recruiting Business Managers and support functions, conducting collective recruitment sessions, and training managers in recruitment practices. Prior to this role, Elysa held the position of Recruitment Manager at Mykelson, overseeing recruitment strategy and candidate sourcing, and worked as a seasoned Recruitment Officer at ALTEN, focusing on the transport sector, where collaboration with business engineers was key.
