Junaid Khan

Junaid R. Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Junaid R. began their career as a Civil/Site Engineer at Crusher Steel Factory, where they were responsible for overseeing the installation of a rock crushing plant and managing day-to-day operations. Junaid R. then progressed to become an Assistant Operations Manager, handling the operations of a rock crushing plant and scheduling maintenance activities.

Afterwards, Junaid worked as a Project Engineer at Crusher Steel Factory, where they managed technical aspects of various projects, including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and drafting project documentation. Junaid R. then transitioned to the role of Quarry/Project Engineer at Development Contracting Center, where they managed the production and supply of engineered backfill for the Riyadh Metro Project.

Junaid then joined Technology Specialist as a Project Manager, specializing in asset management of communication towers for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior. Junaid R.'sresponsibilities included understanding civil construction drawings and ensuring project compliance.

Subsequently, Junaid joined Abyss Solutions Ltd, where they held multiple roles. As an Asset Integrity Engineer, they performed condition assessments of various water assets and infrastructure using visual and sensory data. Junaid R. also contributed to the development of several innovative products. Junaid R. then progressed to become the Operations Manager for Abyss Solutions' office in Pakistan, where they managed day-to-day operations, resource expansion, and liaised with senior management.

Currently, Junaid serves as the Head of Asset Integrity at Abyss Solutions Ltd. In this role, they lead the delivery of engineering reports and assessments, develops and evaluates new processes and tools to increase delivery capacity, and oversees multi-disciplinary engineering teams spanning multiple countries.

Throughout their career, Junaid has demonstrated expertise in project management, operations management, asset integrity, and engineering. Junaid R.'sexperience encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including team management, strategic alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and resource allocation.

Junaid R. Khan completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Manarat Al-Riyadh School. Following that, they attended the American University in Dubai from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Junaid R. Khan completed the PMP® Certification Training Course from KnowledgeSquare in March 2018. Junaid R. also obtained the Engineering Technologist certification from Engineers Australia in June 2017. Additionally, they earned the Quality Management System Auditor (QMSA) certification from Avanta Global Pte Ltd in August 2015. Lastly, Junaid R. Khan became an Accredited Civil Engineer through the Saudi Council of Engineers in 2012.

More recently, Junaid R. Khan obtained the Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org in an unspecified year. Junaid R. also obtained the Professional Scrum Master 2 (PSM2) certification from Scrum.org in May 2023.
