Jill Sprague

Jill joined AC Transit in 2019 and has taken charge of all legal matters for AC Transit, including direct supervision of the Legal, Risk, and Workers’ Compensation Departments, as well as the Video Review Unit. Ms. Sprague was a former Senior Managing Counsel for Employment and Benefits with CSAA Insurance Group, an Employment Attorney with Foster Employment Law, and Deputy City Attorney for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Sprague has skills in a variety of legal arenas including public entity representation, human resource compliance and litigation. Ms. Sprague holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law.
