Justine Miurina

Justine Miurina is an accomplished HR Operations Manager currently working at AC Ventures since April 2022. Previously, Justine held the position of Manager, Talent at Target Media Nusantara within the Focus Media Group from September 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included addressing HR-related issues, developing HR policies, managing performance appraisal systems, and overseeing payroll and employee welfare. Justine also served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring effective office management and communication between management and staff, and began their career as an HR Supervisor at Shopee. Justine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Beihang University and a certification in Human Resources Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
