Omar Abdelsamad

Omar Abdelsamad is a seasoned professional in quality control and test automation with extensive experience in the financial technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Acabes for Financial Technology since June 2024, Omar previously held the position of Senior Quality Control - Test Automation Team Lead at Arab Bank from August 2019, where responsibilities included leading a QC team, managing contract testers, and developing formal testing practices. Prior to that, Omar worked as a Quality Engineer at Samsung Electronics and as a Quality Analyst at Aspire Services, gaining valuable skills in automation test case development and software analysis. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Hashemite University, completed in 2015.
