Natalie Cowart

Natalie Cowart SHRM-CP is the Director of People Operations and Culture at Acacia Center for Justice. Natalie holds various HR-related roles at different organizations such as HR Executive Coach, HR Executive Consultant, Program Director, and Human Resources Specialist. Natalie has a strong background in leadership development, with previous positions as Director and Manager in this field. Natalie has a Master of Education in Global and International Education from Drexel University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Middle Eastern Studies from Florida State University. Additionally, Natalie completed an intensive Arabic course in Arabic Language and Literature at Lebanese American University.
