Craig Yudell has a diverse work experience in the legal and intellectual property fields. Craig started their career at Motorola, Inc. as Group General Counsel and later served as Business Development in the Semiconductor Products Sector. Craig then worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Theseus Logic, Inc. before becoming Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Bracewell LLP. Craig also served as Chief Legal Officer at Snap Trends, Inc. and managed their own law firm, Yudell Isidore PLLC, as Managing Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Licensing & Litigation at Acacia Research.

Craig Yudell has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, with a focus on Intellectual Property and International Transactions. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Optoelectronics from Arizona State University. In terms of certifications, Craig is licensed to practice before the Courts of the State of Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas, and is also licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Additionally, they are a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and the Bar of the U.S. District Court N.D. TX, as recognized by the respective institutions.
