Tatjana Michaelis

Tatjana Michaelis is currently the Geschäftsführerin und Inhaberin (Managing Director and Owner) at MESOLVIS AG, a position they have held since April 2022. Tatjana also serves as the Head Teacher at Academia Group Switzerland AG, starting from January 2023. Prior to their current roles, Tatjana worked as a Management Consultant at Gefäss Zentrum, Hirslanden Klinik Aarau from April 2014 to October 2020. Tatjana was an IT Projekt-Consultant at Acons Business Consulting AG from July 2006 to April 2008. Tatjana also has experience as SAP-Support und Projektmanagement Produktion und Logistik at Hoffmann-La Roche AG from October 2003 to April 2004. Additionally, during the same period, they attended GeCoBi and completed a diploma as a Trennungsberaterin (Separation and Divorce Consultant).

Tatjana also focused on specific fields of study at different times. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a CAS FH in Paralegal at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland. Tatjana also studied CAS Grundlagen der Mediation at Berner Fachhochschule in 2021 and 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a CAS Digitales Management und Unternehmensführung at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland in 2022.

Most recently, Tatjana embarked on a long-term educational journey at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland. Tatjana started in 2023 and is set to graduate in 2030 with a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Promotion (Doctor).
