Paula Thompson

Paula Thompson is a Premier Fellow and Career Growth Specialist at BetterUp, where Paula coaches high performers in pursuit of their next career goal. With experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Paula teaches courses in organizational leadership and chairs doctoral dissertations. Additionally, Paula is a Faculty and Leadership Coach at Academic Impressions and a Faculty Coach at University College at University of Denver. Paula has a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University and a Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA.
