Rabia Khan Harvey, M.Ed, MSHR has an extensive background in higher education and learning & development. Rabia has held various leadership roles at different universities, such as Assistant Dean of Students, Director of Equity Issues & Title IX Coordinator, and Senior Learning & Development Manager. Rabia is dedicated to building the capacity of tomorrow's higher education leaders and ensuring compliance with Title IX regulations. Rabia also has experience in training, supervising, and evaluating staff members in residence life programs. With a strong educational background in psychology, human resources, and higher education administration, Rabia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in the academic sector.
