Kyler Keith is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Crossworld since July 2021, Kyler oversees the Recruitment Department and executes strategic growth plans to generate leads from diverse sources. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Saint Luke's Health System, where Kyler attracted quality talent through various recruitment events, and an Assistant Director of Student Development position at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, focusing on student programming and leadership initiatives. Kyler also has a background as a Recruitment Coordinator, where the management of the recruitment cycle led to record-breaking incoming classes. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Missouri Western State University.
