Maeghan Sulham

Maeghan Sulham currently serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Management, People Strategy & Insights at Risepoint since March 2024. Prior to this role, Maeghan was the Global Chief People Officer at Putnam from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing HR and culture strategy, managing significant team growth, streamlining HR operations, implementing total rewards and learning programs, and enhancing the global employee value proposition. Additionally, Maeghan spent four years at Deloitte, initially as a Manager focused on HR programs and later as Sr. Manager and Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing operations and advising on strategic matters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University.
