Lisbeht Cifuentes currently serves as the Gerente de Talento Humano Colombia at AP LATAM since October 2022. Previously, Lisbeht held multiple leadership roles in selection and hiring, including Líder de Selección y Contratación at Genser Power and Termomorichal S.A.S, as well as at PROELECTRICA, all from 2017 to March 2022. Prior experience includes Jefe de Recursos Humanos at ILP INGENIERIA SAS from March 2014 to November 2017, Jefe de Contratacion at Multiempleos S.A. Servicios Temporales in late 2013, and Directora de Contratación at Teminco S.A.S from 2010 to 2013. Lisbeht holds a Specialized Degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Católica de Colombia and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.
