Kristin McClanahan

Kristin McClanahan is an experienced professional in the field of college counseling and career services, currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Academic Search since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions at Cannon School from February 2012 to January 2023, including Associate Director of College Counseling and College Counselor. Additional experience includes roles at Baldwin Wallace University as Associate Director of Career Counseling, and Ferrum College as Director of Career Counseling. Kristin began a career in counseling at Miami University, where responsibilities included Career and Placement Counselor. Educationally, Kristin holds multiple degrees from Miami University, including a Master’s Degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. High school education was completed at Hoover High School.
