Jens Nordquist

Jens Nordquist is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business management and human resources. Currently serving as Head of Business Units and Head of People & Performance at Academic Work since September 2006, Jens drives growth and profitability across multiple regions while managing teams with full P&L accountability. Jens has held various leadership roles within Academic Work, including Vice MD, Head of Operations, and Business Area Manager for both Finance and Recruitment. Additionally, Jens contributes to the broader community as a Board Member of Ratio and Kompetensföretagen. Jens began a career in sales management at STS STUDENT TRAVEL SCHOOLS AB, where responsibilities included establishing the Nordic Sales Office. Jens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Economics, and Law from Örebro University and has also studied at Bishop's University.
