Raja Allaho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational consultancy. Currently serving as a Certified CoachHub Coach at CoachHub since December 2022, Raja also holds the position of Accredited Psychological Safety Facilitator at the Academy of Brain-based Leadership since October 2022. As the Founder and Executive Coach at Mashar Coaching, Training & Consultancy since January 2008, Raja leads a company known for its international expertise in coaching, training, and the application of assessment tools. Raja's career includes a role as an Organizational Consultant at the Ministry of Defence from January 2001 to November 2006. Raja's educational background includes a degree in Business Management from Kuwait.
