Charlotte Rio

Charlotte Rio currently serves as Chief of Staff at L'Étincelle, and also mentors a Cambodian entrepreneur through Bridge for Billions. Previously, Charlotte contributed as an Impact VC Analyst at 50 Partners Impact, supporting positive impact startups, and functioned as an Entrepreneur in Residence at HEC Launchpad, where a social impact assessment tool was developed. Further experience includes volunteering as a teacher and coordinator in Cambodia, being a student brand ambassador at L'Oréal, co-founding the LSESU Student Events Team, and internships in data analysis and marketing. Charlotte holds a Master's in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
