Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CPA has over 35 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. In 1985, they began their career as a Senior Accountant at Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, CPA. In 1993, they founded Davis, Sita & Company, P.A., offering a variety of accounting, tax preparation and financial management services to individuals and small businesses in the Baltimore/ DC metro area. In 2001, they founded TrainACE, a professional computer training institution which offers in-depth courses to prepare students with the skills and knowledge needed for today's most demanding IT fields. In 2009, they co-founded Game Planner Pro, a coaching software that goes beyond the playbook by organizing each game week, easily communicating game plans, preparing for practices and game day, and preparing wrist band sheets. In 2015, they co-founded Cybrary, the world's largest cyber security professional network online. In 2022, they became President North America Sales at FieldBin and Managing Member at 7833 Capital Partners.

Ralph P. Sita, Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1984. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma from Bishop McNamara High School in 1980. Ralph P. is also certified as a CPA by the AICPA.
