Hayleigh Ast

Hayleigh Ast, ND, serves as a Naturopathic Doctor at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. since August 2023 and is a T32 Postdoctoral Researcher at Oregon Health & Science University, focusing on the analysis of the fecal microbiome in youth with ADHD treated with micronutrients. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant on the MADDY study, which investigates micronutrient effects on ADHD, and Supervisor for the Partnership for Scientific Inquiry Program, transitioning it to a virtual format. Hayleigh is also an AIHM Fellow, working on a project aligned with the Biden-Harris Administration's National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. Hayleigh completed residency as a PGY-2 Doctor at UC Irvine's Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, treating patients using integrated naturopathic methods.
