Jennifer Shear

Jennifer Shear has an extensive background in pharmaceuticals, serving in various roles at companies such as Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Prime Therapeutics. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director Payer Value & Outcomes at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where Jennifer is the point of contact for key national formulary decision-makers across therapeutic areas. Jennifer is also actively involved in AMCP as a Midwest Affiliate Board Member and Education Co-Chair. Jennifer's career journey started as a Clinical Pharmacist at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center and includes a Pharmacy Practice Resident role at Indiana University Health. Jennifer holds a PharmD from the University of Illinois Chicago.
