Kellie O'Malley, ALM, CCMP, serves as the Manager of Organization Effectiveness at NYU Langone Health, where this role integrates change management, organization development, and coaching to enhance organizational impact. Previously, Kellie held various positions in change management, including Manager of Change Management and Senior Organizational Development Specialist. Kellie's experience includes roles at the Academy of Management, Prudential Financial, Deloitte, and Ralph Lauren, with a strong focus on change assessments, strategic planning, and communication strategies. Kellie holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from William & Mary.
