Dr. May B. currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Warwick, where responsibilities include leading the End Point Assessment and the Senior Leader Postgraduate Programme, as well as overseeing Work-Based Learning Modules for both the Digital and Technology Solutions and Applied Engineering Programmes. Active roles include Chair of the Organisational Psychology Special Interest Group at the British Academy of Management and a reviewer for both the Academy of Management Publications and Emerald Publishing Group. Previous academic positions span multiple universities, with significant roles in Organisational Behaviour at institutions such as the University of Worcester, Birmingham City University, and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Dr. May B. holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Wales and a Master's degree in International Business from Hochschule Furtwangen.
