Effie Savvides (MCIPD, PhDc) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, learning and development, and organizational behavior. Currently managing the Twitter account for the Organization Behaviour Division at the Academy of Management since June 2018, Effie contributes by disseminating research insights and engaging with academic discussions. With a long tenure at Pandora since 2009, Effie has held various roles in HR and L&D consulting, focusing on developing a learning academy, an e-commerce shop, a loyalty card program, and a performance appraisal system. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Accenture and the British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology as a Level A and B practitioner. Effie's academic credentials include a PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Cyprus and extensive coaching certifications.
