Ignacio Pavez

Ignacio Pavez is an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, affiliated with the School of Management and the Institute for Sustainable Development since January 2023. Pavez holds multiple roles, including Division Communication Officer for the Academy of Management and Editorial Board Member for The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. As Director of Relaciona Consultores, Pavez has led management consulting projects in various fields, focusing on organizational development, strategy, and leadership. An Associate Researcher at the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value, Pavez investigates sustainability and human flourishing. Previous academic positions include Director of the MBA Leadership Coaching Program at Universidad del Desarrollo and a visiting professor role at Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. Pavez earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Weatherhead School of Management, alongside multiple certifications and degrees in project management, coaching, and cultural transformation.
