Bettina C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bettina started their career as an Analyst in the Latin America Group at Banc of America Investments and later worked as a Strategy Development professional at Ernst & Young. Bettina then transitioned into Employee & Labor Relations at Delta Dental and Talent Acquisition Strategy at Shared Vision Group. After that, they served as a Human Resource Consultant at LSG Sky Chefs and was responsible for Human Resource Business Partner duties at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Bettina then joined Saks Fifth Avenue as an e-Commerce professional and oversaw various store operating systems. In 2008, Bettina became the Director of Human Resources at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where they collaborated with the executive team to implement progressive HR programs. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, People and Culture at the same organization. Additionally, they founded their own company, Bettina Cheung, LLC, where they work as a Business Coach and HR Advisor, helping purpose-driven creatives and business leaders achieve their true potential.

Bettina C. has a Master's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Bettina obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from San Francisco State University. Bettina also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Salamanca, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies as well as Spanish. Additionally, Bettina completed Study Abroad Programs at The University of Hong Kong, where they studied International Finance and Mandarin, and at The University of Tokyo, where they focused on Japanese Studies. Bettina has obtained several certifications, including being a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, a Board Certified Practitioner from The International Board of Coaches and Practitioner, a Certified Life & Success Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), TIME Techniques and Hypnotherapy Practitioner from YES SUPPLY INC., and a True Colors Certified Facilitator from True Colors International.
