Facilitator/ Advisory Group Member Certificate In Training Of Pediatric Weight Management at Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Dana Engel serves as the Vice President of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at the National Dairy Council since March 2019, where previous roles included Director of Regulatory Affairs. Engel has contributed to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Facilitator and Advisory Group Member for the Certificate in Training of Pediatric Weight Management, focusing on curriculum development and presenting training sessions. From August 2002 to March 2019, Engel held the position of Academic Coordinator at the Nutrition Policy Institute, conducting evaluations related to healthy eating in low-income communities and publishing research on dietary determinants of overweight. Additionally, Engel instructed Dietetic Theory and Research Methods at Loyola University Chicago from January 2018 to January 2019.
