Michelle Dudash, RDN, is a highly accomplished registered dietitian and culinary expert with extensive experience in nutrition consulting, media, and cookbook authorship. As the founder of Chef Dudash Nutrition since June 2004, Michelle has developed Spicekick Seasoning Mix, promoting healthy cooking without added sugars, fillers, or MSG. Michelle serves as a nutrition spokesperson for various food companies and retailers across multiple media platforms. Notable works include the bestselling cookbook "Clean Eating for Busy Families" and "The Low-Carb Mediterranean Cookbook." Currently, Michelle contributes to "Indy Now" on FOX59 & CBS4 and writes for Today's Dietitian magazine, alongside previous roles in television nutrition segments. Michelle's educational background includes degrees in Dietetics and Culinary Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Le Cordon Bleu College.
