Olga Dyakova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language education, product design, and community building. As the Founder and CEO of Impendus since 2014, Olga has dedicated efforts to assist second-language learners in creating bilingual lifestyles that enhance income and networking opportunities. Past roles include Product Owner and Teacher for various prominent organizations in Colombia, as well as UXR/UX/Product Design Recruiter at Academy, focusing on connecting top-tier creative talent with leading tech companies. Additional experience encompasses copywriting, content creation for M&S Holding Group, and roles in education and client management across several organizations, complemented by a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
