Joseph Tarditi

Joseph Tarditi has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Joseph is currently serving as the Managing Director / Co-Head of Short Term Liquidity at Academy Securities since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Capital Market Sales at CAPITOLIS from 2018 to 2019. Joseph also worked as the Managing Director, Head of US Short Rates Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Managing Director in the Fixed Income division at Jefferies LLC from 2009 to 2015. Joseph began their professional career at Merrill Lynch, where they worked as a Managing Director from 1999 to 2009.

Joseph Tarditi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Clemson University in 1993. Joseph went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Finance, General at NYU Stern School of Business, completing their studies in 2000.
