Brett Bearfield

Mr. Bearfield joined Acadia in 2022 as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Transformation to oversee the execution of enterprise initiatives developed to support process improvement workstreams and business efficiencies. He plays a critical role in the successful integration of acquisitions and joint ventures that are integral to the growth strategy. Prior to joining Acadia, Mr. Bearfield spent 16 years with Humana in several operational leadership roles within Humana’s Healthcare Services Segment. Most recently, he served as the VP of Humana Home Segment Operations.
