Erica Desrosiers

Erica Desrosiers has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Erica is currently working as the Chief Talent Officer at Acadia Healthcare since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from November 2021 to September 2023.

Before joining Acadia Healthcare and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, Erica worked at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Global Head of Talent Access from November 2020 to November 2021.
