Taryn Nash

Taryn Nash has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Taryn currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Acadia Healthcare since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mars Petcare US from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, Market and Talent, and Talent Manager. Taryn also has experience working at Baxter Healthcare as a Latin America & Canada Talent Management CoE from 2012 to 2013, and as a Sr. HR Advisor from 2007 to 2011. Taryn started their career at Siemens where they served as a Senior Consultant, Human Resources, Human Resources Generalist, and Senior Human Resources Coordinator from 2002 to 2007.

Taryn Nash holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Taryn also has an Honours Bachelor Degree in Sociology/Psychology from McMaster University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Mars, Inc.: Women Leading Purposefully" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner" from Prosci, and "Certified Human Resource Leader" from HRPA.
