Antonio Efondo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Antonio began their career in 2001 as an Administrator at M.R. Al Khathlan (MRK) and later worked as a Senior Administrator at AECOM (incorporating Davis Langdon, An AECOM Company) from 2003 to 2008. Antonio then worked as a Customer Support Professional at Convergys in 2008 and Al Masaood Automobiles from 2009 to 2010.

In 2011, Antonio joined TeleTech as a Customer Support Professional and Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company as a Coordinator. In 2012, they worked as a Supervisor at Searock Trading & Contracting and later transitioned to being a Financial Services Representative at ETIS from 2013 to 2017.

In 2019, Antonio began working at both Acadia and Xelure Technologies. At Acadia, they took on the role of Client Services Analyst Onboarding, and at Xelure Technologies, they served as a Service Desk Analyst until 2022.

Throughout their career, Antonio has gained experience in customer support, administration, financial services, and analyst roles.

Antonio Efondo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (80%) Series 63 and the General Securities Representative Examination (88%) Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Moreover, they obtained a Career Service Professional certification (88.38%) from the Civil Service Commission in 1999.
