Brianna Leissoo

Brianna Leissoo is an experienced talent development professional, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Development at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, where Brianna led leadership development and change management initiatives, and as Talent Development Manager, where collaboration with leadership helped identify training needs and implement solutions. Brianna has also worked as an independent consultant, focusing on the employee lifecycle, and has held various managerial positions in talent development at Renovate America, Hulu, and LPL Financial. Educationally, Brianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of San Diego and has coaching experience as a women's rowing coach at the same institution.
