Michele (Chess) Scaliti has had extensive work experience in the sales industry. Michele started their career in 1990 at Milliken & Company as a Sales representative, where they worked for a year before moving to Velcorex of France. At Velcorex of France, they held a Sales position for two years. In 1997, they joined Forest Laboratories (now Allergan) as a Territory Sales Manager and later transitioned to roles such as Specialty Sales representative and Institutional Sales representative for hospitals. Their tenure at Forest Laboratories spanned over 16 years. In 2014, they moved to Allergan as a Long Term Care Account Specialist, a role they held until 2017. Most recently, they have been working at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. as an Executive Long Term Care Sales Specialist and Regional Sales Trainer from April 2017 onwards.

Michele (Chess) Scaliti completed their education in chronological order. Michele first attended Central Bucks East High School from 1982 to 1985. Then, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Apparel Management from Philadelphia University, graduating in 1989. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where they obtained another BS degree, this time in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
