Nedra A. Hoffman, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Nedra began their career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in 2001 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, where they successfully sold anti-infective medications and achieved the first hospital formulary placement of IV antibiotics Avelox and Cipro. During the 9/11 health crisis, they provided information and supplies to healthcare professionals.

In 2004, Nedra joined Pfizer as a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, specializing in CNS and Pain product sales to healthcare professionals in New York City. Nedra A. was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in 2004 and achieved numerous accolades, including winning the President's Club twice and being promoted to Senior Specialty Sales Representative. Nedra also represented Pfizer on the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, 'Pfizer365'. In their role, they developed key opinion leaders, participated in symposiums, and collaborated with patient and provider advocacy groups. Nedra A. also trained new representatives on opioid pharmacokinetics and use.

In 2012, Nedra served as a Global Health Fellow and Technical Advisor for Social Marketing at Population Services International. In this role, they were selected to contribute to Pfizer's flagship Social Responsibility program, where they focused on improving measurable health outcomes for the Ugandan platform of PSI. Nedra conducted a strategic SWOT analysis of the organization, refined the sales and marketing division, and implemented actions that led to improved outcomes. Nedra A. also trained staff on Provider Behavior Change Communications.

In 2016, Nedra joined FHI 360 as a Senior Relationship Manager, where they facilitated strategy development with project and technical teams to inform decision-making around potential partnerships. Nedra A. represented FHI 360 at external events, leading to sustainable partnerships.

From 2017 to 2019, Nedra worked at Eurofins as a Genetics Account Executive, responsible for managing accounts and promoting genetic testing services.

Currently, Nedra is employed at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. as an Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist.

Nedra A. Hoffman, MPH has a strong educational background with a focus on public health and sustainability. Nedra A. pursued a Certificate Program in Corporate Sustainability at NYU Stern School of Business in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from New York University, specializing in Global Public Health, from 2006 to 2009. Earlier on, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and Business at the University of Florida between 1980 and 1984.
