Jessica Hargrave

Mrs. Haggerty-Hargrave, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Prior to joining AMG full-time in 2012, Mrs. Haggerty-Hargrave worked as an associate and law clerk with the law firms of Hoffman and Haggerty, LLC; the Gachassin Law Firm; Sullivan, Stolier, and Knight, LC, and also served as In-House Counsel to Visions Healthcare Solutions, LLC. The scope of her practice includes General Civil Litigation and Corporate Transactions, with concentrations in corporate, regulatory, licensure, and transactional Healthcare Law, Compliance and Fraud/Abuse Prevention and Defense, Governmental Relations, Provider Licensing, Healthcare Contracts, Healthcare Providers Agreements, and Healthcare Operational Planning. Mrs. Haggerty-Hargrave has 12 years’ experience in the healthcare industry dating back to 2000, where she worked with Vascular Surgery Associates located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana in 2008, and has had a successful record with cases decided before the Louisiana State, Appellate, and Supreme Court levels. Mrs. Haggerty-Hargrave is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Covington Bar Association and the Lafayette Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Young Lawyers Association Board.
