Timothy W. Howard

Mr. Howard was born in El Dorado, Arkansas. Mr. Howard graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in 1987. After graduating from college, Mr. Howard worked for Prudential Insurance Company from 1987-1994 as a registered agent, licensed in Financial and Estate Planning. Mr. Howard entered the healthcare industry in 1992 when he became an Administrator with Progressive Health Care, Inc., a physician-owned occupational healthcare company. By 1994, Mr. Howard had moved to Pioneer Health Care, where he served as the company’s President. In 1996, Mr. Howard became the Administrator of MedNet Rehab, LLC, a physician and private investor outpatient physical rehabilitation joint venture. While with MedNet, Mr. Howard was responsible for the operations and management of an outpatient rehabilitation agency that doubled in size during his tenure. Mr. Howard joined Acadiana Management Group, LLC in 1999. As CEO, Mr. Howard oversees long-term planning for 11 Post-Acute hospitals operating in 6 states.
