Med Trina Starnes

Trina Starnes, MEd, has extensive experience in instructional design and eLearning development, currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Content Developer at Vector Solutions since June 2014. In this role, Trina has successfully strategized and built eLearning content, including the development of a process for delivering customer content accessible through a learning portal. Previously, Trina worked at Indiana University Health from April 2007 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and chairing the eLearning Steering Committee. Trina also has a background in training and computer applications, along with technical experience as a PC Technician at COIC from 1997 to 2006. Trina holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming.
