Jessica Jones has a diverse work experience. Jessica started their career as a Recovery Advocate Specialist at Community Elements in 2010. Jessica then worked as a Developmental Instructor at the Developmental Services Center from 2011 to 2013. Jessica served as a Patient Service Representative at Carle Physician Group in 2013 and as a Family Planning Enrollment Specialist at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center from 2014 to 2015. Jessica also worked as a House Manager at the Individual Advocacy Group in 2016 and as an Independent Business Owner since 2014. Currently, Jessica holds the position of CRM Manager at Acadium since March 2020.

Jessica Jones has a diverse education history. Jessica completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the Penn Foster Group. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Centennial High School in 2007, where they pursued a regular/general high school/secondary diploma program. In February 2021, Jessica completed the "Learning Zoho CRM" course from LinkedIn and the "Project Management: Choosing the Right Online Tool" course, also from LinkedIn. In May 2020, they received the "Google Analytics Certification for Beginners" from Google Analytics for Business.
