Karen Marsol Ortiz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations coordination and customer experience management. Currently serving as Coordinador de Operaciones / Assistant Manager at Greystar since August 2022, Karen has been pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. At Acalis Latam since March 2019, Karen leads the commercial and customer experience processes, focusing on new client onboarding, performance metrics, and service management.
