Priya Gaiha MD MBA has a diverse work experience in the medical and business fields. Currently, they serve as the Chief Medical Officer at Acandis starting from October 2022. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions at Siemens Healthineers, including Vice President Clinical Affairs from April 2021 to October 2022 and Senior Director, Clinical Affairs from October 2018 to October 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Viz.ai from March 2018 to July 2018 and as the Director of Medical Affairs at Stryker Neurovascular from August 2016 to December 2017. Before transitioning into the industry, they worked as a Senior Medical Advisor at Abbott Vascular from March 2012 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a General Surgery Resident at the University of Kentucky from July 2005 to January 2011. Priya briefly worked as a Financial Advisor at Premier Wealth Group, an office of Metlife, from December 2011 to March 2012.

Priya Gaiha MD MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Biology at Northwestern University in 1999. Priya then pursued further education at the Illinois Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General in the year 2000. Subsequently, they attended Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine from 2000 to 2005 and earned their MD degree.
