Yan Jacob Kusayev, MBA has diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Yan Jacob is currently the Executive Director at Urban Student Support. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director of Care Management at Advance Care Alliance, where they supervised a team and provided comprehensive care services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As the Founder and CEO of Kusayev Tutoring, they managed all aspects of operations, strategic planning, and business development. Yan Jacob also served as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at CONGREGATION EMET VE EMUNA, where they implemented marketing plans and developed fundraising initiatives. Additionally, they were the Academic Director at Harmony Services Inc., overseeing academic staff and ensuring program success. Yan Jacob also worked at Oxford Realty Group as Head of Marketing & Executive Assistant, where they handled marketing campaigns and supported client relations. Yan's earlier experience includes roles such as Step up to Stem Title V-Peer Mentor at Mercy College, Manager at IKMPC Medical Office, and Administrative Assistant to the Financial Director at Yeshiva Tifereth Moshe. Throughout their career, Yan has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and marketing skills.

Yan Jacob Kusayev holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the WSU Carson College of Business with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services, Marketing, International Business, and Business Hospitality. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Behavioral Science & Health Service Management from Mercy College. Additionally, they earned an Advanced High School Diploma from Francis Lewis High School. In terms of additional certifications, Yan Jacob Kusayev is an Insurance Agent, specializing in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities, obtained from New York Life Insurance Company.
