Cecilia Borg is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Interim VP Engineering at Acast and co-founder of Engineering Leaders, a community aimed at supporting engineering managers and directors, Cecilia also holds a board position at Kaplans Auktioner, focusing on digital transformation. Previous roles include Interim VP Tech Ops at Viaplay Group, where Cecilia managed a technical operations team, and multiple interim CTO and VP positions at companies such as Epidemic Sound, Stryda, and Be Afraid And Do It Anyway, where a focus was placed on Agile transformation and change leadership.
