Abhijit Laha

Abhijit Laha has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Abhijit is currently working as the Dy. Head of Washeries, Coal Logistics, and Business Development at ACB India Limited since April 2022.

Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Zodiac Dealers Pvt Ltd from November 2021 to March 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, Abhijit worked at Nabha Power Limited (Wholly owned by L&T), holding several positions including Team Lead of Fuel Management from January 2018 to September 2021, Manager of Fuel Management in 2017, Assistant Manager of Railway (O&M) from March 2016 to December 2016, Assistant Manager of Railway Projects from January 2013 to February 2016, and Senior Engineer of Railway Projects from August 2012 to December 2012.

Prior to that, they worked at Larsen & Toubro as a Senior Engineer of Business Development from April 2011 to July 2012 and as an Application Specialist at L&T-MIPD from February 2008 to March 2011.

Abhijit started their career as a Project Engineer at Gannon Dunkerley & Co., LTD. from August 2006 to January 2008.

Abhijit Laha completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2002 to 2006. In 2016, they pursued a certificate course in Leadership, Administration & General Management in collaboration with L&T at Harvard Business School, which lasted until 2017. Currently, they are studying for an MBA in Operations Management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management from NMIMS Global in October 2023.
