Schalonda Waller-Williams

Schalonda Waller-Williams is a Process Specialist at Infosys BPM since July 2023. Prior to this role, Schalonda has extensive experience at ACC Business, having served in various capacities, including Customer Support focused on Ethernet services and as Service Manager for Customer Relations since 1998. Schalonda's responsibilities encompassed sales support and overseeing the implementation and installation of diverse product types. Schalonda holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
